Why it matters

In the cloud is not the same as backed up.

Data in the cloud isn't automatically backed up. Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Salesforce keep the service running, but recovering data that's been deleted, encrypted or overwritten is largely your responsibility.

What's included

Backup, disaster recovery and continuity

  • Cloud-to-cloud backup

Automated backup for Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Box and Dropbox.

  • Choose where data lives

Backups held in UK or EU data centres.

  • Point-in-time restore

Recover a single file, a mailbox or a whole site from any point in time.

  • Gap analysis

A review of your current backup and recovery measures, and what needs strengthening.

  • Continuity and incident planning

Plans that keep your core team working during an outage or attack.

  • Testing

Restore tests and exercises to prove the plan works before you need it.

How it works

Clear steps, agreed with you.

  1. Review

We look at what you have and where the gaps are.

  2. Plan

We agree backup, recovery and continuity arrangements that fit your business.

  3. Test

We prove you can restore, then keep testing.

Why it's worth doing

Downtime costs money and reputation. A tested recovery plan is what turns an incident into an inconvenience.

Doesn't Microsoft back up our data?
Microsoft keeps the service available, but its own retention is limited. Independent backup means you can recover from accidental deletion, ransomware or a departing user.
How often should we test restores?
At least once a year, and after any major change. A backup you haven't tested is a backup you can't rely on.
