Why it's worth doing

Most successful attacks start with a person: a convincing email, a rushed click, a document sent to the wrong address. Training is one of the cheapest controls you can put in place.

Is security awareness training required?
ISO 27001 requires staff awareness training, and many insurers ask about it. Even where it isn't required, it's one of the most cost-effective controls.
Won't staff resent phishing tests?
Not if they're run well. Tests are framed as practice, results are used to target training, and nobody is named and shamed.
